Green Up The City, hereinafter referred to as GUTC, processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. We process the following personal data:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. Retention periods
Most of the personal data that we process is data related to an order. We are required by tax law and our accounting obligations to keep financial and order data for a period of 7 years.
We store other data such as IP address, transaction ID, payment method and email data in our databases. We keep notes for no longer than 12 months. Please contact us if data needs to be removed via info@greenupthecity.com.
Sharing personal data with third parties
GUTC does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. GUTC remains responsible for these processing operations.

This is to protect your privacy. GUTC will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
