ORDER HOUSEPLANTS BASED ON OFFER
Ordered before Thursday, shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Ordered on and after Thursday, shipped a week and a half later on Monday or Tuesday.
Example 1 Ordered on Wednesday 8 February, shipped on Monday 13 or Tuesday 14 February.
Example 2 ordered Thursday 9 February, shipped Monday 20 or Tuesday 21 February.
It is possible that certain plants are not in stock at the organic nursery. In that case we will contact you and, if desired, offer an alternative or a subsequent delivery on a date to be determined.
Plants are carefully packed in specially designed packaging made of 100% recycled PET.
TRANSPORT DURING COLD DAYS
For the transport of plants during cold days, we add a heat pack so that the plants are delivered in good condition.
Once we have handed over the package to the carrier, the package will be delivered between 2 and 7 days, depending on the destination. You can follow your package by Track & Trace. If the package has taken longer than usual, we will contact you to inquire whether the plants have been delivered in good condition.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
Because a plant is living material, you cannot exchange or return plants.
TO TAKE OFF
It is possible to pick up an order at our store 'De Stadskas' in Alkmaar. As soon as the package is ready, you will receive an e-mail from us.
DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES
Depending on the country to which the package is sent, different delivery dates may apply during special offers and holidays.
Despite the fact that we pack the plants as carefully as possible, things can go wrong along the way. Has the package been delivered and have the plants been damaged during transport? Please contact us within 2 days at email@example.com, state the order number, the names of the damaged plants and add photos of the damaged plants. We will then contact you and provide a suitable solution.
